Rental charges for each property are in the columns on the left and right. Prices are per property not per person, and are inclusive of linen. Scroll down the page for availability charts.
The property will be ready for occupation by 2.00pm on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Cleaning is carried out on departure (and mid-term the linen is changed and shower rooms cleaned on two week bookings). Hand and bath towels are provided, but not beach towels.
Travel insurance is not included in the cost and it is advised that it is taken out for each member of the party.
While every care has been taken to ensure the safety of guests this is the responsibility of the person booking the holiday and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking. The remaining 75% to be paid eight weeks before departure. For cancellations made less than eight weeks prior to departure the cost of the rental is payable in full.
A £100 refundable deposit should be added to the cost of your holiday. This will be returned to you as soon as the keys have been returned and confirmation that no damage has been reported.
